As CEO of NEZ Manufacturers, Pam Mitchell preserves her mother's legacy with grace and dedication. From a young age, Pam was actively involved in her parents’ upholstery and drapery business, assisting her mother in crafting exquisite drapery, bedspreads, and soft furnishings for a range of clientele.

Beginning with that experience, Pam honed her skills and developed a meticulous eye for detail. Even today, Ms. Nez's drapery continues to be found in homes and businesses throughout the Islands, standing as enduring testaments to her exceptional craftsmanship.Pam has practiced law in the Cayman Islands for over 14 years, becoming a partner at a prestigious global law firm. However, Pam never lost Ms. Nez's flair for creating beautiful spaces, and her heart remained tied to her mother’s passion for design.Pam’s unique ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships has been a cornerstone of her success. Her extensive experience in the interior design industry, particularly in the art of drapery, is complemented by her legal acumen, providing a solid foundation for leading NEZ Manufacturers. Projects such as Caribbean Plaza and other properties showcase the talent and commitment to excellence.Under Pam's leadership, NEZ Manufacturers continues to thrive, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation. Carlos Frade, CO-FOUNDER

Carlos Frade, the Co-Founder at NEZ Manufacturers, has a wealth of expertise and deep connections within the upholstery and design industries throughout the US and the Caribbean, including the Cayman Islands and the Bahamas. Carlos spent many years building relationships with service providers throughout the Caribbean.

During this time that Carlos formed a special bond with Ms Nez, becoming fast friends. Carlos eventually established his own business in Miami, which has quickly become a well-known name in South Florida. His company, FVI Corporation, is a leading national entity in the window treatment industry in Florida, and is renowned for leveraging years of expertise to deliver top-notch solutions for any project. A regular in the design space, Carlos partners with major brands such as Lutron and Hunter Douglas. Carlos has been instrumental in executing significant projects in South Florida and the Caribbean, including Camana Bay.Despite its tremendous growth, FVI has remained a family-owned business committed to exceptional service and quality. Dale Mitchell, Lead Installer

Dale Mitchell brings over 30 years of experience in the service industry to his role as Co-Founder, Lead Installer at NEZ Manufacturers. Dale’s diverse career has taken him around the world, including Nigeria, where he managed a team of over 100 people at two separate Spa and Training facility locations.

As Spa Director at Strawberry Hill Resort in Jamaica, Dale has catered to a sophisticated clientele including members of the royal family and celebrities. Throughout his career, Dale has developed exceptional relationship-building skills and his ability to foster trust with clients was best exemplified during his four years at a local upholstery and drapery company, where he was relied upon by clientele to deliver impeccable work with punctuality and precision and including the installation of window treatments.In addition to his extensive professional experience, Dale holds several qualifications, including a Certificate in Social Work from the University College of the Cayman Islands.. His commitment to continuous learning and community service is further demonstrated by his voluntary work as a mentor for TAYA Lounge (a youth programme for at-risk youth) the Aim Higher Mentoring Programme for John Gray High School students and his work as a Social Worker.Dale’s dedication to excellence, combined with his extensive experience and ability to build lasting relationships, has been instrumental in establishing NEZ Manufacturers as a trusted name in the industry.
